Accommodation
The Rendezvous Grand Hotel Auckland is a luxury 4.5-star hotel. ITx has negotiated a significant accommodation package discount for conference attendees. Full details on accommodation rates and how to obtain this discount are available on the Conference website.
You'll need to book early as the discount accommodation package is limited to 100 rooms and will sell out fast. Alternatively, there are a number of other hotel, serviced apartment and backpacker options in the area (details here).
NZ Excellence in IT Awards gala dinner
Full conference registration also includes entry to the New Zealand Excellence in IT Awards gala dinner on the evening of 10th October 2014.

One and Two-day passes
Keen to attend ITx but is three days of awesome a bit much? You can now register for just one day, or take advantage of a two-day combo to attend on Wednesday/Thursday or Thursday/Friday.
If you're attending on Wednesday or Thursday you can also attend the networking drinks on those evenings at no cost. You can also register for the Excellence in IT Awards Gala Dinner on Friday separately, or as part of a two-day combo.

Note that CITRENZ and CSANZ members (as in staff of faculties that are members of CITRENZ and CSANZ) may choose this option during registration. All registrations at these rates are subject to confirmation directly with CITRENZ and/or CSANZ, and the full rate will be charged for those that are found to not be from member institutions. Please contact us if you are unsure.
IITP Corporate Partners and approved organisations can opt to pay by invoice by calling 0800 252 255 or emailing attendee and business details through to [email protected]. Credit criteria and other conditions apply.
Unfortunately we're unable to accept cancellations after 22 September 2014 unless for serious medical or emergency reasons. Cancellations prior to 22 September will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Note that registrations CAN be transferred up until the start of the conference.
