Special General Meeting to Liquidate ITP

Kia ora members,
In line with Clause 23 of the ITP constitution, notice is given that a Special General Meeting will be held on 23 October 2025 to consider and vote on the following resolution:
That IT Professionals New Zealand is insolvent and should be wound up, that [licensed insolvency practitioner] be appointed as liquidator, and that any surplus assets, after debts are paid, be distributed in accordance with Clause 23.4 of the constitution for the benefit of ICT education and scholarships.
Details for online attendance and voting will be circulated ahead of the meeting.
