Making a hash of website security by Paul Matthews, NZCS CEO When a company hires an IT Professional to create a great website or application it isn't just buying the person's time. It's also buying that professional's expertise, professionalism and experience.
For that reason, the company has the right to know that the person they're hiring is qualifed and that they take all reasonable professional steps to ensure they're protecting its business interests. Which is why I get so dismayed when I see and hear of circumstances where people in our sector fail to take what are realistically the most basic precautions to protect clients and their customers, and as a Professional, this should annoy you too. » Continue Reading
