NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING FOR VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
A meeting of the members of Institute of Information Technology Professionals of New Zealand
Incorporated was held on Thursday 23 October 2025.
At this meeting the following resolution was passed:
Resolved: To approve the resolution that the Institute of Information Technology Professionals New Zealand
Incorporated be placed into liquidation and that Brenton Hunt of Insolvency Matters Limited be
appointed as a liquidator.
To comply with the requirements of the Section 24 Incorporated Societies Act 1908, a second meeting
is required. This meeting is going to be held via zoom on Monday 1st December 2025 at 3.00pm.
