Member Q&A: Ahead of the Special General Meeting
Ahead of the upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM), where members will be asked to vote on the Board’s proposal to wind up ITPNZ, the Executive will be hosting a member Q&A session to help everyone feel informed and confident about the decision ahead.
This session is a chance to hear directly from the Executive, ask questions, and understand what the proposal means for you and for the wider ITP community. Our focus is on providing clear, factual information and making sure everyone has access to the same answers.
To make that possible, and to ensure the time is used well, we are asking members to submit questions in advance to [email protected].
If your question involves financial details or specific figures, please send it as early as you can so that we can gather the right information and provide accurate answers during the session.
During the live session, we will address the submitted questions first, and members will be able to add clarifying or follow-up questions through the live chat.
We know some people prefer being able to speak directly, but given the size of our membership and the sensitivity of the topic, this structure will help us make sure every voice is heard and every question gets a fair and consistent answer.
A recording of the session and a written summary of all questions and answers will be shared afterwards, including responses to any questions we do not get to on the day. This way, everyone will have access to the same information, even if they cannot attend live.
This is a significant moment for ITP, and your engagement really matters. We encourage all members to take part, ask the questions that are on your mind, and join us for what we hope will be an open, respectful and informative conversation about ITP’s future.
Noho ora mai,
Liz
Please note that this session may be video or audio recorded for viewing by other members at a later date. As it is possible that audience members may be incidentally recorded, please let us know if you specifically want to be excluded and we will ensure you are not shown.
