In this session Vic will be joined by Steph from Ice House Ventures who will share the basics of fund raising and investment for early stage businesses. What’s involved, what the landscape looks like here in Aotearoa NZ. We will also talk about opportunities and support for female founders.

Steph has spent her career supporting and growing the startup ecosystem in Aotearoa through programmes and investment. She is passionate about providing opportunities to aspiring entrepreneurs to help them realise their potential.

As Head of Portfolio Services at Icehouse Ventures, her focus is on investing in brave Kiwi founders building transformational companies, and connecting and supporting the 300 startup teams in the IV portfolio.

She is also the co-founder of She Started It a community that inspires women to become globally ambitious business leaders.
