JADE Case Management & Intelligence System

After Jade had built a case management and intelligence system for the Australian Federal Police, it became clear that law enforcement agencies throughout the world could use this innovative new application.

This presentation will cover the early development of JADE Investigator, the features that make it unique and successful, and how and why it has already been deployed in law enforcement agencies in 18 countries.

The presenter will also discuss his experiences with law enforcement agencies in the US market, and talk about the huge differences between policing there and in New Zealand.

About the Speaker

Greg Thompson has more than 20 years experience in international sales and marketing, and has held senior management roles at several leading Canterbury technology exporters, including Tait Electronics, HumanWare, and Jade Software Corporation.

In these roles he has worked extensively in the United States, the UK, Europe and Asia, often developing export markets for new products and services. From 1994 he spent two years based in England establishing Cardinal Network's UK operation (now Jade's UK subsidiary), and in 2004 he was based in California on assignment as President of HumanWare's US subsidiary. He travels overseas on business extensively, and currently at Jade Software he has a focus on introducing a new investigation management and intelligence analysis product to law enforcement agencies throughout the United States.
