Social Media, its everywhere! But what is it... really? How can we embrace this new way of interacting with others? How can we build communities and networks around us using Social Media?
Join serial tweeter Justin Flitter (Twitter: @justinflitter), as he guides us through what is Social Media, and how do people and brands build and maintain communities and social networks?
This will be followed by Beer and Pizza and a chance to share your views. yum!

Well known blogger and tweeter Justin Flitter is the ASIA Pacific Business Manager for Zendesk.com. Previously Justin worked as the National Contact Centre Team Leader for Student Job Search and as the Customer Service Manager for Fishpond.co.nz/.com.au
